A bug in Destiny 2 broke matchmaking, but the players were happy about it
Due to a bug in the Destiny 2 multiplayer shooter, the matchmaking system began to select players with different skill levels for fast online battles. Gamers liked this option even more: the battles are now more fun and end earlier.
The bug has brought a new update to the game. Previously, matchmaking was looking for players with a similar skill level: this made the confrontation more honest, but also longer, which was not liked by those who just want to play one or two quick battles.
When the system started choosing gamers with different skills, the game community reacted positively. Many users have asked to leave a new version of matchmaking, arguing that the game already has a full-fledged competitive mode, and for fast PvP fights you need chaos, fun and a short battle time.
