KamaGames' revenues grew in 2017 thanks to blackjack
The international operator of social casinos KamaGames reported on the results of 2017. Mobile blackjack Blackjack 21: Blackjackist became the driver of revenue growth.
KamaGames results in 2017:
- the company’s revenues amounted to $57.5 million (+63% year-on-year)
- ARPPU increased by 30%
- the number of paying users increased by 6%
- DAU reached 500 thousand people (+36%)
Although the bulk of KamaGames’ revenue was generated by the flagship title of Texas Poker: Pokerist, the rise in revenues of Blackjack 21: Blackjackist in the 4th quarter of last year played a decisive role in the company’s financial results.

In addition, Blackjack 21 turned out to be more exciting than poker — the retention of the first day of the title was 11% higher than Texas Poker: Pokerist.
The best ARPPU in the KamaGames portfolio in 2017 was marked at Roulette Roulette — 32% higher than at Pokerist.
KamaGames social casinos were most popular in North and Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. 78% of the audience of the company’s gaming projects is located in these regions.
