Switch-exclusive from two developers sold more than 100 thousand copies
Created by a team of two people from Skipmore Studio, Kamiko arcade action game for the Nintendo Switch console has sold more than 110 thousand copies worldwide.
The game was released in Japan on April 27 this year, and two weeks later in the rest of the world.
25% of Kamiko’s sales were accounted for by Japan, where the title ranked 4th in terms of game sales in the first half of 2017, 48% — in the USA, and Europe and Australia accounted for the remaining 27%.
Skipmore Studio is currently making a Picontier role-playing game in a similar retro sprite style to Kamiko.
