Odnoklassniki launched video ads in games
The developers of games for the platforms of the Odnoklassniki social network have a new monetization tool – video advertising.
This was announced today, June 21, by the social network.
Developers will be able to:
- embed commercials in games with a length of 5 to 30 seconds;
- decide where the player will watch it;
- configure bonuses for viewing;
- check through the API whether there is an advertisement for the corresponding CA of the project.
For every 1000 views, developers will receive 50 rubles.
The network noted that it does not plan to show ads to a “regularly paying” player.
Both developers of games for the desktop version of Odnoklassniki and those who release games for the mobile version of the network or for its chat will be able to use the tool.
The audience of Odnoklassniki has, according to official data, 71 million people. 25.5 million of them play.
