The authors of ArmA will release a free shooter without IAP
The developer of the DayZ survival simulator and the ArmA military series — Bohemia Interactive studio — has introduced a free tactical shooter Argo without in-game micro-purchases.
The new Bohemia Interactive project offers players several PvP and PvE modes and a lightweight game scenario editor to add their own content to the game.
The developers promise 62 square kilometers of the open world. The plot of Argo is tied to the confrontation of two military groups in a modern setting.
Interested gamers can purchase all additional game content at once for $10 or €10 by purchasing Argo Supporter’s Pack. It includes exclusive cosmetic options, a set of game animations, additional features for the game editor and access to a separate server.
The release of the game on Steam and the Bohemia Interactive online store is scheduled for June 22.
