Banzai Games (Moscow)

The company is either starting a new project or strengthening the Shadow Fight 3 team, since it opened 7 new positions at once last week. The list of required specialists includes: special effects artist/VFX-artist, 3D environment artist, layout designer, Unity 3D programmer, PHP programmer, server-side programmer/Java Server-Side Developer, QA engineer/game tester.

Community-vacancy of the week:

Community Manager, Playkot (Saint Petersburg)

I like the division of labor in the support department and the community, when a special person is responsible for the development and filling of gaming communities, not inundated with hundreds of complaints in the mail. This is exactly the case in Playkot.

Judging by the requirements, it is necessary to work on a new project, being responsible for the full cycle of development and support of current projects. In return, a new employee is promised a job in a stable company with many years of experience in game development, pumping on a large high-load project and a high level of income.

Requirements:

  • work experience in a similar position is required;
  • experience in analyzing operating mechanics based on statistical data;
  • proficiency in technical English;
  • understanding the principles of building game mechanics, role-playing systems;
  • understanding the principles of game monetization and viral mechanisms;
  • significant gaming experience in social and/or mobile games;
  • ability to correct your own and others’ mistakes /refine features;
  • understanding the essence and goals of user interfaces and usability.
