Germany has introduced paid licenses for streamers
The German State Commission for Admission and Supervision has obliged streamers to purchase broadcast licenses.
Licenses cost from €100 to €10 thousand, depending on the audience and other factors.
Also, streamers were equalized in duties with TV channels that are prohibited from showing violence and other content harmful to minors until 22:00.
In case of violation of these rules, the author of the broadcast may lose his license, after which his channel will be recognized as pirated and blocked.
