Twitch will launch a platform for messaging and gifs

The Twitch video streaming service has introduced Pulse, a built—in system for quick messaging, video and GIF animations under broadcasts.

Pulse features resemble Twitter or Facebook feed, where streamers can post various content, leave and receive comments. The innovation will appear in mid-March.

“We will give streamers and their viewers the opportunity to communicate much easier than before, during and outside broadcasts. Here you can share videos, highlights of streams, schedules, photos and other things that will help fans to be more involved and informed,” said Sheila Raju, a Twitch communications specialist.

Since March of this year, Twitter has started competing with Twitch in the field of live streams from esports competitions by launching its own broadcasts.
