Google has started testing Instant apps for Android

Live testing of applications that do not require downloading a distribution kit and installation to work has started on Android.

Google начала тестировать Мгновенные приложения для Android

It began on January 23. The test is limited in nature. The first test participants are BuzzFeed, Wish, Periscope and Viki applications.

It is reported that after receiving feedback and improving the capabilities of the Instant application, access to the program will open to a larger number of developers and users. The SDK is promised in the coming months.

To create an Instant Application, the developer will need to update his existing application and break it into modules so that it can load and work on the fly.

One of the first platforms to introduce support for applications that run on the fly was Facebook. The social network launched the closed beta platform Instant Games in November 2016.
