The launch of a four-minute humorous promotional video about the development of the game was timed to coincide with the announcement. In the video, the game designer, “an allusion to all the bad game designers and would-be producers,” is trying to find a common language with the team to create a better game.

Little is known about the game itself yet. When asked by one of the Facebook users how a particular mobile MOBA differs from others, the head of the studio stated that the player “will be able to play Planet of Heroes not only at home with excellent Internet, praying that no one will call in a 30-minute session, breaking the match.”

“Fast Forward Studio is developing the Planet of Heroes in close cooperation with streamers and the gaming community,” the representatives noted in an interview with us My.com . It’s not just about working closely with popular streamers. As part of the course on Community Driven Development, for example, a game website was created. The goal was that a simple gaming community could influence development, communicate with developers, and offer their solutions. “The player can become part of the development,” the company noted My.com .

“The game is being developed for the international market (but at the time of release there will be Russian localization),” the developers also stressed.

At the moment, the project is in closed beta testing, the start of the open is scheduled for the end of summer.

The game was developed for about a year. The number of employees in the studio, formed about a year ago, for the middle of spring is about 30 people.

Ivan Fedyanin has worked at Nival for more than 13 years. From 2012 to 2015, he was the executive director of the company, responsible for projects such as mobile Etherlords, Prime World: Defenders and King’s Bounty: Legions.
