iOS users spend more time in Pokémon GO per day than on Facebook
Pokémon GO is ahead of Facebook in terms of the amount of time the average user spends in it per day, but is inferior in the same parameter to box office hits like Game of War and Candy Crush Saga.
The head of the Sensor Tower service Randy Nelson came to a similar conclusion. According to him, this Monday, July 11, American iPhone users spent, on average, more time in Pokémon GO than in the most popular social applications.
If users spent 33 minutes and 25 seconds a day on Pokémon GO, then on Facebook only 22 minutes and 8 seconds. Moreover, the Pokemon game has overtaken in terms of the number of minutes spent in it by users, and such a popular game as Slither.io , most recently held on top of the American top for two weeks.
When compared with the highest-grossing games, the results of Pokémon GO are no longer impressive. The average Game of War user spends 120 minutes in the game every day. Fans of Candy Crush Saga, on average, spend 43 minutes on it every day.
