1. The Chinese chicken farming and chicken sales firm Leyou Technologies Holdings Limited has acquired the British game studio Splash Damage. Together with the developer, studio CEO Paul Wedgwood sold the publishing house Warchest and the company Fireteam, which was engaged in server support of game projects. The value of the transaction is not called, but according to the GamesIndustry resource, the figure was $ 150 million.
