Clash Royale entered the box office Top 10 in five countries for the week
The latest Supercell game seven days after the soft lunch is already in the top ten of the most earning apps in Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong and Finland.
It looks like Ilkki Paananen’s team has once again developed a gold mine. The new Supercell game in a very short time – Clash Royale was released in the App Store as part of the “soft launch” on January 4 – managed to achieve high results.
The game got into the Top 40 for free downloads from the App Store for iPhone in all nine countries where it was released. Clash Royale has achieved the highest results in Canada, where it has been leading the top free downloads since its release.

The project also made it into the box office Top 20 apps in eight countries.
In particular, in Finland and Canada, the game entered the Top 3 most earning iPhone applications. The game reached the top ten in 5 countries.

Considering the non-standard monetization applied in the game by the Finnish team, we can conclude that the new scheme works perfectly.
But among the first Russian users there is an opinion that it is quite tough. On the other hand, it does not affect the balance: the game is completely built on the skill of the players. Therefore, why not?
