Mass media: the Chinese university will teach specialists in the metaverse
The corresponding faculty will appear at the Nanjing University of Information Sciences and Technology, reports Modern Express. It will work on the basis of the Faculty of Information Engineering and will become part of the School of Artificial Intelligence.
It is assumed that this will be the first faculty in China associated with the metaverse.
Earlier, the Metaverse Committee was launched in China with the support of the state, and the Shanghai authorities announced plans to create a $1.49 billion metaverse fund.
