During the Super Bowl , ads for three mobile games were shown at once
Three mobile projects competed for the attention of the audience in the Super Bowl 2015: Clash of Clans, Game of War and Heroes Charge.
There are two notable moments in the advertising of shareware games during the Super Bowl. The first is that it is not AAA projects that can afford it, but F2P games for mobile. The fact that their box office may well compete with console titles of the first magnitude is not news for a long time, and nevertheless, it is worthy of another mention. The second point is that not one top project competed for the attention of potential users, but three at once.
The Clash of Clans video lasts a minute and it involves actor Liam Neeson, known for the films “Schindler’s List” and “Hostage”.
The duration of the Game of War advertisement is 30 seconds, as we have already mentioned, the model Kate Upton starred in it.
The Heroes Charge video runs for 15 seconds.
The American Football Super Bowl is one of the most significant sporting events in the United States. Advertising time during the broadcast is distributed among world-renowned companies: a 30-second video costs $ 4.5 million.
