Media: AppsFlyer secured a $400 million credit line
The marketing company AppsFlyer continues to attract funding. As reported by Calcalist, it has now struck a deal with the Israeli bank Leumi, which has agreed to provide a substantial loan in the form of a credit line.
The duration and terms of the credit agreement between AppsFlyer and Leumi remain unknown.
It is suggested that AppsFlyer decided to temporarily incur debt to maintain financial flexibility. According to Calcalist, this should allow the company to operate smoothly without needing to seek investments that could potentially lead to the dilution of existing shareholders' stakes.
Earlier this summer, AppsFlyer received significant investments. At that time, Meta*, Google, Unity, and Moloco invested over a billion dollars into the company, each receiving a minority stake in return. As a result of this deal, AppsFlyer's market valuation reached $2.7 billion.
AppsFlyer has not publicly commented on the opening of the credit line.
*Meta is recognized as an extremist organization in Russia, where its activities are banned.
