Media: AppsFlyer is preparing for sale. The company is valued at up to $4.5 billion
The management of AppsFlyer is planning to sell the marketing company, according to Calcalist, citing sources. The portal reports that managers are already in talks with a private investment firm, whose name has not been disclosed.
If Calcalist's sources are to be believed, AppsFlyer has also reached out to Goldman Sachs bank for assistance in organizing the deal.
According to Calcalist, the estimated value of AppsFlyer is currently around 3.5-4.5 billion dollars. Five years ago, when the company was last officially appraised, the amount was significantly lower, at 2 billion dollars. Since then, AppsFlyer has made several acquisitions and significantly increased its revenues, boosting its market value.
Representatives of AppsFlyer declined to comment on Calcalist's rumors about a possible sale.
Just over a year ago, Bloomberg claimed that AppsFlyer was planning to conduct an IPO in early 2025, but those rumors were never confirmed. It was expected that the stock market debut would raise 300 million dollars for the company.
