On May 29, the WN Growth Summit will take place in Limassol. It will focus on the most pressing issues: the transition of game development teams to Steam, various approaches to working with creatives, and the search for projects for seed investments

WN Media Group announced an event where gaming industry leaders will discuss the most pressing topics. Instead of the usual speakers and stage, there will be group work, practical workshops, and networking.

Currently, the program includes six topics for exchanging experiences and opinions:

  • "How to profit in the gaming industry over the next two years?"
  • "In-House vs. Outsourcing vs. AI: where are the creatives that truly work born?"
  • "How to increase revenue by effectively working with 'whales,' as well as through web payments and remarketing to the current audience"
  • "Life without burnout: how to sustain high speeds for a long time?"
  • "From hyper-casuals to Steam: a lifeline or a new trap?"
  • "How to connect to early-stage projects — and where to find incubators now? Funds, studios, publishers?"

Additionally, Julia Lebedeva, Executive Director and Partner at WN Media Group, shared thoughts on what else might be included in the program depending on participant interest:

  • "Intentional growth framework — building international expansion with a focus on local development";
  • "Shifting from last-click CPA evaluation of ads to the real effect: increment + MMM";
  • "Where to find and how to assemble teams in relatively inexpensive developing regions — Greece, Romania, Argentina?" (spoiler: it’s not cost-effective in Cyprus);
  • "If juniors are replaced with AI assistants, where will the mid-level come from later?"

The "cherry on top" is a paddle tournament after the business part.

Tickets starting at 199 euros are available only for representatives of game development studios and publishers. For all services working with them, participation begins at 2,000 euros. The number of seats is limited.
