Marketing company AppsFlyer is preparing to go public, according to Bloomberg sources. Their information suggests that AppsFlyer aims to raise approximately $300 million during its initial public offering.
As Bloomberg reports, the company plans to conduct its IPO in early 2025, but it may do so sooner depending on market conditions. It is currently discussing the specifics of the IPO with Goldman Sachs Group, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Bank of America.
