Media: AppsFlyer plans to conduct an IPO
The marketing company AppsFlyer is preparing to go public, Bloomberg sources claim. According to their information, AppsFlyer expects to raise approximately $300 million through its initial public offering.
As Bloomberg reports, the company plans to conduct the IPO at the beginning of 2025, but it may do so earlier depending on market conditions. It is currently discussing IPO details with Goldman Sachs Group, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Bank of America.
AppsFlyer declined to comment to Bloomberg on the information from the sources.
