Hi, I would really like to receive comments from experienced developers and marketers on the mechanics of promotion in American and other English-speaking storrs. What is there? Game, f2p, currently top-1 free overall Russia – itunes.apple.com/us/app/ginger-run/id543489660 .Press releases have been sent out, there are some publications on English-language websites and there are requests for reviews to all major world reviewers, while there are practically no positions in other storrs.

 Who can advise what, and perhaps somehow estimate the budget of such a company. Thanks .
