Vungle acquires mobile gaming analytics company GameRefinery for undisclosed sum
GameRefinery, a mobile gaming analytics company from Finland, joins Vungle. Both teams will cooperate to overcome the problems that IDFA changes will bring.
GameRefinery announced the acquisition on its official website. The company hopes that Vungle’s knowledge and resources will help it expand its offering and develop better and more effective solutions.
The sum of the deal remains undisclosed.
“We couldn’t be more excited to join Vungle’s team with our shared vision of building leading-edge game analytics and proprietary creative intelligence to help game developers design, advertise and monetise their mobile games,” GameRefinery co-founder and CEO Markus Råmark said in a statement.
GameRefinery assures that all the things in the service will remain the same. The company thinks that Vungle will help it adapt to the upcoming IDFA changes and drive UA performance, using “innovative targeting capabilities” and its recently announced contextual advertising solution.
Vungle serves as a platform for app monetization and user acquisition, with their ads running on over 1 billion unique devices.
GameRefinery is an analytics company, providing databases and information on hundreds of thousands of games. King, Zynga, and other mobile companies use the platform to analyze the performance of their games.
