Talents in Games conference to run from December 1 to December 4
The winter edition of the Talents In Games conference will kick off on December 1, 2020, bringing together over 3,000 game development professionals. The event features talks and discussions from people directly involved in making games.
- What is writing FOR a game vs writing a game? How to gain clarity on theme and plot. Ranko Trifkovic of Grandpa Tiger’s will present practical solutions to narrative design.
- Punk Notion’s Marcin Sordyl will discuss using VR tools (Quill software) to create 3D game assets in non-VR games.
- Nordcurrent’s Mikita Lagunow and Versus Evil’s Amanda Kirby will walk you through intricacies of developing your community.
- Anastasia Kazakova of JetBrains willl overview the C++ ecosystem sliced by the Gamedev area, align trends, and analyze the reasoning behind them.
Other talks cover storytelling, key-art illustration, multiplayer programming, and more.
