Wargaming and Mad Head Games make Pagan Online single-player

Wargaming and Mad Head Games announced that supporting Pagan Online as a multiplayer game is no longer sustainable. As a result, the publisher and the developer will be converting the title from multiplayer to single player.

On August 4, 2020, a Steam update will make Pagan Online into a single-player game. For the time being, Pagan Online remains unavailable for purchase on Wargaming.net and Steam.

The community channels, including the game’s official Discord server, will remain active, and Mad Head Games will be taking over daily operations, including customer support and daily interactions with the players.

Pagan Online launched a year ago. Since then, its Steam reviews have degraded to very negative, with players complaining that Pagan Online has been mostly offline lately.

You might want to check out the interview we did with Uros Banjesevic, Co-founder and Creative Director of Mad Head Games, back in May 2019. At the time, Pagan Online was in paid early access and, somewhat ironically, didn’t have a multiplayer mode.
