Another four publisher leave GeForce Now
More publishers are leaving the GeForce Now. Xbox Game Studios, Warner Bros., Codemasters and Klei Entertainment are pulling their games from Nvidia’s game-streaming service.
Among the most notable departures are the Batman and Mortal Kombat franchises, as well as the Middle-earth and Cuphead games. The titles will be removed from the library on April 24.
Nvidia, however, remains optimistic about its service. The company has reported some good news as well:
- first, since yesterday. all Assassin’s Creed and Far Cry games have become available on the platform.. A number of Ubisoft titles will be added to GeForce Now in the coming weeks;
- second, Nvidia is planning to expand the GeForce Now catalogue to around 1,500 games. Moreover, the company expects that publishers currently leaving the service will return in the future.
The cloud gaming platform has been losing publishing partners top publishers since launch. In its first month, Activision Blizzard and Bethesda left pulled out. More on that here.
