Appodeal: eCPM indicator in mobile applications in Russia returns to pre-February level
The eCPM indicator (effective price per thousand impressions) in mobile games and applications in Russia is growing steadily again after a sharp drop in early spring. This conclusion can be reached from the latest Appodeal report.
▫Rewarded advertising (Rewarded Video). By June, eCPM had risen to $1.9 on iOS and to $1.43 on Android. For comparison, in February it was about $3.05 and $1.8, respectively, and in March it was $1.45 and $0.75.
Full-screen advertising (Interstitials). eCPM for this ad format exceeded the figures for February. On iOS, it went up from about $2.3 to $2.99, and on Android — from $1.7 to $1.79.
Banner advertising. According to analysts, eCPM for banner advertising has almost doubled compared to March on both platforms (up to $0.26 and $0.11). As a result, in June Russia turned out to be the country with the most expensive eCPM on iOS, surpassing the USA, Australia and the UK.
