AppMetrica has learned how to track purchases and calculate ARPU and ARPPU
Yandex’s free analytical service has reported on new features. Now it has a Revenue report type. It shows how much the game earned with IAP, and immediately allows you to segment revenue by a number of indicators.

“Out of the box” AppMetrica began to show:
- how many paying users does the app have;
- how many purchases were made;
- how many purchases went to the user;
- what is the app’s revenue in general;
- which applications have ARPU and ARPPU.
Each of the indicators is divided into additional slices. For example, it is possible to see which purchases are made most often, and which generate the largest cash register, or to split paying users by OS versions.
Yandex is also currently working on integrating the new functionality into User Acquisition and Remarketing reports. It is planned that this will allow segmenting traffic channels by the most profitable users, plus point-by-point setting up re-engagement campaigns, distributing users by the amount of payments and arranging custom advertising campaigns for each type.
