There is an opinion that you need to show ads for five seconds, and after that the player will decide for himself whether he wants to watch or not. This is nonsense. Twenty seconds of advertising, thirty, forty! Check how much the user can withstand before leaving the game forever.
4. Gameplay is not a hindrance to advertising
Advertising can and should spoil the gameplay. Approach the question creatively. Find out exactly where the ads will annoy the user the most. Use analytics. A video in the middle of a mission, for example, is able to force the player to close the game. Advertising after clicking the “start” button will serve as a reason to delete the project altogether.
