Kochava: advertising - to publishers, money - to grids
Mobile marketing company Kochava is creating the Collective, which will include advertising agencies, mobile advertising networks and advertisers. The goal is to collect general data on users and improve mobile targeting based on them.
The service will help advertisers find advertising networks with a suitable audience for the game. It works like this: the advertiser enters data on the target audience into the search. Then the platform, based on the entered data, selects sites from the grids available in its library.
The personal data of users will not be affected, according to Kochava CEO Charles Manning. He assures that the data of advertisers themselves and advertising grids are also safe.
“Asking an advertiser to share unique user data is like asking a professional team to share the subtleties of a strategy with an opponent. At the Collective, we understand that advertisers’ data belongs only to them, and we know how to handle this data,” Manning says. According to his plan, the service will simply allow grids and advertisers to exchange data – for mutual benefit.
