In Russia, the processes of employment and obtaining a residence permit for foreign IT specialists have been simplified
It will now be easier for foreign IT specialists to get a job in Russia. This was reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to the new rules, such specialists no longer need to obtain a labor patent or work permit, and their employers — permission to attract and use employees.
Also, IT specialists and their relatives can now receive an indefinite residence permit in Russia in a simplified manner. The Interior Ministry noted that the response to the application for a residence permit should come within three months.
Important: the new rules apply only to specialists from accredited IT companies.
