The lawsuit was discovered in the court's file by the newspaper Vedomosti. As our colleagues report, it was filed not only against Khatazhaev but also includes Victor Kisly, the owner of Wargaming, LLC "EdgCenter" and two other individuals as defendants.

The specific demands of the Prosecutor General's Office are unknown.

Representatives of "Lesta Games" told Vedomosti that neither the operation of the group of companies nor its games are affected by the lawsuit. They refused to comment further on the matter. The head of LLC "EdgCenter," Timofey Savin, informed the newspaper that his company is currently reviewing the lawsuit but is generally continuing to operate as usual.

According to a source close to the court, this lawsuit might be of a technical nature.

Previously, the court, at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office, declared the "association of Khatazhaev and Kisly" extremist, after which "Lesta Games" came under the control of the Russian Federal Property Management Agency. Currently, the management of the group of companies is handled by former VK CEO Boris Dobrodeev.
