The creators of a location-based game inspired by "Monopoly" have raised $4.7 million
The Polish studio Reality Games announced the successful acquisition of investments. They received $4.7 million, which they plan to use for further development and testing of a mobile location-based game inspired by Monopoly — Monopoly World.

Monopoly World is currently in the soft launch phase and is available only in Poland and the Philippines. According to Reality Games, the investment will help expand the soft launch to more countries. The developers did not specify when Monopoly World will be released globally.
The funds in Reality Games were invested by venture companies Unfold.vc, Republic, and Acquinox Capital, as well as several angel investors, who accounted for 70% of the sum.
Reality Games has not disclosed the names of the businessmen who invested in the studio in this current round of funding. However, they mentioned that among their advisors are former Xbox head Peter Moore, former commercial director of Microsoft Nav Sunner, and vice president of global marketing at Google Ads Janusz Moneta.
Reality Games was founded in 2015. In addition to Monopoly World, their portfolio includes games like Landlord Real Estate Tycoon and Landlord Go.
