FunPlus may be sued for the third time due to false discounts in games
FunPlus and KingsGroup may soon receive a third lawsuit related to sales in their games. Now false discounts have been noticed in the Guns of Glory strategy.
The law firm Pollock Cohen, which filed two previous lawsuits, is going to file a lawsuit on behalf of gamers. The charges are the same. Companies allegedly deceive gamers by showing ads with huge discounts on in-game items. Prices in such advertising are reduced tenfold, but in fact, the complaint says, items in the game are never sold at the highest price.
Earlier, the companies complained about discounts in the State of Survival and King of Avalon.
