Samsung files an appeal

According to Bloomberg, a court hearing on the ban on the sale of Samsung devices that violate Apple’s patent rights will take place only on December 6.

Thus, over the next four months, the company can freely sell all its gadgets in the United States.

Paradoxically, the court hearing on the return of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 to sale (the preliminary ban on the sale of the device turned out to be erroneous, in the final court decision it was the only Apple lawsuit that the jury did not satisfy) will take place in just 3 weeks – September 20.   

Such a time gap between court sessions is connected with Samsung’s request to postpone the decision on the ban on the sale of gadgets, since it intends to appeal to the court. At the same time, Samsung openly declares its readiness to pay compensation to Apple in the amount of $ 1 billion. So it’s not about the money.
