Nintendo and Google have been invited to court over a deal between Microsoft and Activision Blizzard
Microsoft and Activision Blizzard continue to send subpoenas to competitors as part of a lawsuit by the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC). This time they subpoenaed Nintendo and Google.
Nintendo must respond to the summons by February 16. Google has until February 17th.
Earlier, Sony and NVIDIA received similar subpoenas. Whether these companies will appear in court is still unknown.
