Microsoft wants Sony to defend it in court with the FTC
Microsoft has subpoenaed Sony‘s gaming division in court as part of proceedings with the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) on the purchase of Activision Blizzard for $68.7 billion. The corporation demanded Sony to disclose information about the volume and schedule of game development.
According to the documents, Sony was initially supposed to respond to the summons by January 20, but then the deadline was postponed to January 27.
