Mythical Games accused former top managers of fraud
The blockchain company Mythical Games has sued the publisher Fenix Games and its three founders, who previously worked at Mythical Games. She claims that top managers stole her business plan and lured potential investors to her new firm.
According to Mythical Games, in 2021, she appointed Rudy Koch, Matthew Nutt and Chris Ko to be responsible for the development of the Mythical Ventures fund. The responsibilities of top managers included, among other things, the creation of a strategy and negotiations with new investors. According to the company, in the process, the employees decided to take advantage of the opportunities and convinced investors to support the opening of Fenix Games.
Mythical Games called Fenix Games a “copycat company.” She also noted that Koch, Nutt and Co very quickly announced the launch of a new company — a couple of weeks after their sudden dismissal in November.
