Activision Blizzard sued the department, which a year ago claimed discrimination and harassment in the company
The Activision Blizzard discrimination scandal has a new twist. The publisher filed a counterclaim against the California Department of Civil Rights (CRD, formerly known as DFEH). In his opinion, the officials violated the law when they informed the court about the problems in the company in July 2021.
Activision Blizzard claims that CRD was obliged to try to settle the claims of the company’s employees and only then go to court.
The publisher also believes that CRD has deliberately unleashed an “information war” by cooperating with the media and trade unions.
