Media: Microsoft will discuss with the FTC the final decision on the purchase of Activision Blizzard
According to Bloomberg, on December 7, Microsoft executives are going to meet with representatives of the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC). They will try once again to convince the regulator not to block the purchase of Activision Blizzard.
Sources of the publication suggest that this is the last or one of the last meetings at which the FTC talks about the purchase with the corporation. After it, the agency can decide whether to file an antitrust lawsuit against Microsoft or approve the deal.
Microsoft and the FTC declined to comment on Bloomberg rumors about the meeting.
