The creators of State of Survival were sued because of fictitious sales in the game
The lawsuit was filed in the Federal court of California. Its authors claim that FunPlus publisher and KingsGroup studio have been deceiving users of the mobile game State of Survival for years.
According to the plaintiffs, the companies regularly hold time-limited sales where in-game items are sold at a huge discount. For example, they offer to buy goods at a price of $9.99 instead of $997.4. At the same time, it is claimed that the creators of State of Survival never sell these items at the original price.
