Reuters: EU authorities are interested in the opinion of gaming companies about the deal between Microsoft and Activision Blizzard
The EU antitrust regulator is trying to figure out how Microsoft‘s purchase of Activision Blizzard will affect the market. To do this, the authorities are also interviewing developers, publishers and distributors of games.
According to Reuters, there are over 100 questions in the questionnaire for companies. For example, the EU authorities are asking whether Microsoft would be interested in making Activision Blizzard’s most successful games its exclusives.
Companies need to answer questions by October 10.
