The British regulator may launch an in-depth investigation of the deal between Microsoft and Activision Blizzard
The UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) held a meeting with Microsoft representatives on the purchase of Activision Blizzard. On it, the regulator expressed concern about the deal.

Recall that the CMA began checking the deal between Microsoft and Activision Blizzard on July 6. The agency must make its decision on the first stage of the investigation by September 1.
