Gaming companies have demanded that the Government of India treat all developers equally and fairly
The letter of demand was signed by the heads of Outlier Games, Roach Interactive, Uniplay Digital and seven other companies. The reason was the recent ban of the Indian version of PUBG Mobile — Battlegrounds Mobile India.
The developers said that the government’s actions contradict “established principles and deprive an entire generation of young people in India of opportunities.” But the problem can be solved if clear standards are formed for the work of gaming companies.
