Activision Blizzard shareholders voted for the company to report annually on the fight against harassment
Yesterday, a vote was held among the shareholders of Activision Blizzard. The majority of its participants (67%) supported the idea that a publisher should publish a report every year on how he fights harassment and discrimination.
An important caveat: the shareholders’ decision is not binding, so the company can ignore it.
Also, shareholders voted for the re-election of all members of the board of directors of Activision Blizzard, although earlier some investors urged not to do so.
