The court rejected Apple's appeal in the proceedings with the author of Cydia, an app store for hacked iPhones
Two years ago, Apple received an antitrust lawsuit not only from Epic Games, but also from SaurikIT. Both proceedings are somewhat similar. For example, the author of Cydia also believes that Apple is abusing its power over the App Store and the payment system.
The other day, Tim Cook’s company tried to dismiss the lawsuit re-filed by SaurikIT, pointing out that the statute of limitations had expired on a number of charges. However, Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers disagreed.
By the way, Gonzalez Rogers is the same judge who deals with the Epic Games case.
