Former Disco Elysium Developers have withdrawn claims against ZA/UM
ZA/UM studio has announced that the creator of the Disco Elysium world, Robert Kurvitz, and the former art director of the game, Alexander Rostov, have dropped their claims against her. They withdrew claims of unfair dismissal due to lack of evidence.
ZA/UM added that it continues to receive “unfounded accusations from former employees,” but is confident that all subsequent lawsuits will also fail after a legal review.
ZA/UM also announced that it has finally settled a legal conflict with former Disco Elysium producer Kaur Kender. He paid off debts to the studio, paid legal fees and sold ZA/UM shares.
