Things have improved for Gameloft
Despite the scandals that have recently plagued the French company, its revenues are growing. From July to September, Gameloft earned a solid sum of €63.3 million.
This is both more than the amount that the company earned for the same period a year earlier, and the amount that Gameloft received for the second quarter of this year. Recall that in the third quarter of 2014, the company earned € 61.7 million, and from April to June of this year – €61.9 million.
The total MAU of the company’s games has also grown over the past three months. If in the second quarter there were 163 million, then in the third there were 173 million. It is also above MAU. which the company had a year ago. Then Gameloft reported about 164 million users.
The company now calls its most successful projects “Legends of Dragon Mania”, Dungeon Hunter 5, “Siege”, “March of Empires” and Order & Chaos 2.
Earlier this year, Gameloft closed seven internal studios, and Vivendi began actively buying up its shares.
