Razer acquired the company Ouya, which owns the authorship of the game console of the same name. The transaction amount has not been named. Information about this appeared on the website of the investment bank Mesa Global, according to the Pocketgamer resource.
The deal between the companies took place in June. Mesa Global Bank acted as a financial advisor on the part of Ouya, which it announced in the Transactions section on its website. Since the companies themselves have not yet told about the purchase, the bank soon deleted the information about the transaction.
