The Korean company Gamevil bought the Waplesoft game studio
Publisher and developer Gamevil from South Korea has acquired the local game studio Waplesoft. The amount of the transaction is not called.
In its press release, the company stated that the purchase of the studio will help it strengthen its position in the global mobile market.
The first game released by the two companies jointly is called Elune Saga. It's a hybrid of a card battler and an RPG. The trial launch of the title took place last week in the Asian region. So far, the game is only available on Android.
