Circle Games raised $25 million. Part of the funding came from Tencent
Circle Games is a young Turkish mobile studio founded in 2024 by veterans from Dream Games and Good Job Games. It has received investments through a Series A funding round.
Sort Express
Tencent was the leader of this round. The amount of money it invested in the developers is unknown. Besides the Chinese giant, several other investors decided to support Circle Games, including BITKRAFT Ventures, a16z Speedrun, and APY Ventures.
It is reported that Circle Games plans to use part of the $25 million raised to further develop its debut game, a sorting puzzle called Sort Express. Another portion of the money will be used to expand the regional soft launch of its second project titled Jelly Escape and to develop new games. Additionally, the studio plans to at least double its number of employees.
Circle Games is not attracting investments for the first time. It should be noted that in the summer of 2025, it attracted $7.25 million. Thus, the total amount of funding for Circle Games over its entire existence now reaches $32.25 million.
