The BALL x PIT was purchased 2 million times in less than a year
The much-talked-about "roguelike" BALL x PIT has surpassed a significant sales milestone. This was announced by developer Kenny Sun and Friends and publisher Devolver Digital.

“Since the game’s release in October, we've been on a long and amazing journey and are grateful to everyone who shared it with us. We could hardly imagine that there would be so many ball enthusiasts around the world who share our passion," wrote the creators of BALL x PIT in the game's Steam event feed.
Let us remind you, BALL x PIT gained popularity right from the start. Here’s how the sales dynamics look now:
- 100,000 copies — within 24 hours;
- 400,000 copies — within a week;
- 750,000 copies — within three weeks;
- 1 million copies — within a month and a half;
- 2 million copies — within 10 months.
Moreover, the total audience of BALL x PIT should be even larger, as the game has been available on Game Pass from its release.
The BALL x PIT team also released the final content update for the "roguelike" titled The Naturalist, which added two characters, 11 balls, and five more passive abilities.
BALL x PIT was released on October 15, 2025. It is available on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch 1 and 2, and recently on mobile devices.
